I appreciated the hotel's proximity to union station. It made my travel seamless. the irish pub next door served tasty meals all day. Breakfast was particularly good. i plan to return during my next trip here.
My room faced a brick wall. It lacked a pleasant view. there was no coffee maker in the room although coffee was available on the second floor. i prefer enjoying coffee in bed in the morning.

the location was convenient near the train station. this made transportation easy. the staff members were helpful (i really liked their attitude). the irish pub attached to the hotel was good. i enjoyed the food there.
The room was too small. there wasn't much space for luggage. the bathroom felt a bit dated. i found the housekeeping service to be inconsistent. Sometimes they missed cleaning the room.

The staff was helpful. I especially liked the free coffee on the floor between the lobby and the rooms.
The noise outside my window went on all night! I had a beautiful queen room that was not beautiful at all. I had to remove the chair to be able to walk around the beds.
